Does anyone know why this building has seen such large maintenance increases over the past two or three years?

Hi,
I'm interested in this building and would love to know any inside information… How "big" have the maintenance increases been? Are there any big assessments coming up?

Any info would be appreciated. thanks

How long is the board approval process? We would like to purchase one unit in the building but need to close within 2 months with a cash offer.
