I'm looking for an upfront mortgage broker to finance my mortgage. If there is anyone on these boards, or if any of you know of any broker, please email me the contact info. Thanks!

I do some personal finance work with Steve Heideman, who is the president of the Upfront Mortgage Brokers Association . . . I'm sure he can recommend someone or someones in New York -- if you want to talk to him leave me an email address and I'll have him contact you directly.

Manhattan Mortgage is a safe choice (www.manhattanmortgage.com). Try to talk directly to Melissa Cohn if possible. She probably won't handle your case personally, but she'll match you up with somebody who's a good fit for your situation.
