I went to look last year and it was selling fairly well. Not sure if it stalled. The finishes were fairly good but I didn't like East Harlem. That particular location wasn't bad actually given that it was a busy street, but several blocks from there, I felt a little unsafe. They had washer and dryer hookups but decided not to give the washer and dryer. The layouts were fairly good.
