What happened with the New Caledonia??

Discussion about The Caledonia at 450 West 17th Street in West Chelsea
Is it a rental or a condo?? Or were the developers just to dammm greedy??

Definitely there are rentals but could be a hybrid.

it is a combo...sales sold out about 9 months ago...current rents for 1 bed are 4k+ and they are getting them...it is a Related building and they are known for higher prices but a higher level of service...and, no, i do not work for related, but know them well...the lobby is huge, fireplace, library, tv, waterfalls, etc
