Curious to see where people see rates going in the next 60 days? Hopefully they reverse a bit, but I'm not optimistic.

rates are scary, lenders keep repricing daily, and you see small insignificant lenders repricing (whenever you see them reprice i get nervous) because they are always away from the market. having said that rates can have a breather, and if you see it may only be there for a day or two, be quick and ready to jump all over it.
