5l at the Aldon looks like it has so little light. And that very green kitchen. I like color, but...
Just an update! We bought 12E in 200 E 90th and are thrilled about it. And our place in Gramercy sold really quickly way way above ask for all cash. In just a week! Win / win. Thanks again for all the help in navigating all of this. I'm a little bittersweet about landing so far uptown and sacrificing some space but my parents are very close so it makes a lot of sense and we will find a way to make it work. It's amazing how this whole process is about concessions and facing realities of the market and reading back through my posts it is clear that I was just wrapping my head around it. I can kind of see why it might have annoyed some folks even, but I also think that it's a big learning curve, so I needed to fully synthesize lots of factors and variables. Now I look forward to reading along as a spectator! :)
Belated Congratulations TB; very happy for you! Thank you for both letting us search with you and for letting us know how it all turned out.

will you invite us to the housewarming party ?!?!?

Be polite. Call him or her taxibutton. TB sounds like a bad disease.
At the bottom of page 1 and top of page 2 of this discussion, there was some debate as to whether the market would support listing price of $999 for Apartment 4D in 455 East 51st. The market has spoken: Per ACRIS, sale of the apartment closed on 1/14/16 at $1,015,000. (For ACRIS purposes, input Borough: Manhattan; Block:1363; Lot: 20, Apartment: 4D).
