Horrible Building at 29 Fifth Avenue

Discussion about 29 Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village
This building is really dirty, old, and dingy. There is a mouse and roach problem throughout the building and the common areas are never cleaned. The super who lives in the basement is really weird and makes me feel very uncomfortable when I see him or have to speak with him. The apartments are old and outdated with shoddy patchwork. For the money, you can find a much better apartment in the area.

This building is old, but it has spacious apartments. The problem is that it is infested by mice, and I mean infested. The prior owner seemed to care about the building, but the new owner and super are not present at all. Stay away unless you like to see mice running across your floors at all hours of the day and night.
