In May I have moved from Bellmarc to Citi Habitats and emailed Streeteasy about changes in my affiliation and my email address. To date Streeteasy has not changed my contact information. When I open the site, I see a note from Streeteasy over the blue background - "a gentle reminder," I take it - "you profile's email address ikruglova@bellmarc.com bounces back emails from StreetEasy. I bet it does! Who do I call for help in Streeteasy? Their customer service used to be so attentive and sensitive to all the emails and communications. How can I get through and make Streeteasy change my email address to ikruglova@citihabitats.com? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you. I hope someone from Streeteasy is reading this thread. I tried calling them several times, left messages,but no one returned my call. Seems like they're gone.
