Hello, does anybody lives in these buildings? I am interested why there were so many units up for sale recently, and if there is anything to lookout for?

1) it's a big complex and 2) the shareholders recently voted to convert to market rate.

Looks like Hughes which owns the parking lot across the street is looking to dig and build.

Hughes started digging up the former thermometer mercury factory in the parking lot and building a 20 plus story condo. The water views are NO more
