Discussion about
Hi I have an issue right now. I posted a listing 255 Linden blvd long time ago to be exact on Feb 2015 then it was rented. However, when this apt was vacant again, i decided to post it again with some changes, but instead of posting as a new listing, I relisted the post and change the price. Now this is problem because when I go to my listings, i see that apt in 255 Linden Blvd is listed with the new price, but the starting date is still Feb 2015. How can I change that and post it as a new brand listing? Please help me ASAP. Thanks

Because the apartment is mounted on a rotisserie.

Streeteasy has rules about what constitutes a new listing vs. a continuation of an old one. If you change the broker, or wait a minimum amount of time (3 months?) it will post as new. Some owners/agents may change the name configuration to appear as a new listing as well, although I wouldn't recommend it, since it can look like you are manipulating the listing service and being dishonest.

You need to fill out an order ticket and they will respond fairly quickly.
