Discussion about W Downtown Hotel & Residences at 123 Washington Street in Financial District
Just got a postcard from them. Looks like it was designed in the 1970s to reflect a vision of the year 2010.

Saw this article on Curbed & laughed. What's the word on this thing? Opening this yr? Price cuts? Always thought the 'Star-Trek' style & $2000/ft prices were a bit much.
