Anyone knows how is the COOP board in approving renovation in the apartment.
Also is the heat strong in the building?
Any recommendation or information about the building?

The prices may be lower than other co-ops because the board requires a 50% downpayment. The heating is very good, heating and air conditioning are delivered by individual thermostat controlled units in each room.
