Discussion about
What is the real estate outlook for Forest Hills? Are prices stabilizing or declining? It seems like the inventory is increasing.

The rental market continues to strengthen in Forest Hills. I found that two-bedroom in Forest Hills near Broadway costs about $1,800.

How about the sales market? Seems like apartments are on the market for a long time.

Prices have been shifting and steadily increasing. Generally apartments are moving if priced right. New condos are going up since the last post. There's solid demand so anything priced reasonably will move quickly.

Yes, people are kicked out from Manhattan because they can no longer afford.

But FH is becoming too crowded already, and do you know they opened a marijuana store there last year?
