Discussion about Philip House at 141 East 88th Street in Carnegie Hill
Does anyone know about the mice situation now. This building use to have a huge rodent problem. Thanks

I only knew about the cockroach problem. Please elaborate.

I heard they are going to be renovating to the new smaller, more efficient rodents.

There is a $13m listing in this building and a ton of others on the market, so I would assume that any mice problem has probably been dealt with by now....
