True rat and mold infested the Apts on the first floor that are duplexes are illegal the ceilings are drop ceilings and if you move them rat feces comes out. The mold was painted over and when the paint started to chip we saw all the mold. The broker her name began with a V she showed the apt but refused to walk down to show the lower floor she used the excuse her knees are bad. Checking out the lower level she stood at the top of the stairs and rushed us to come back up. She knew the rats were on the drop ceiling and was scared. Once moved in everything fell apart the rats came running from the bathrooms under the kitchen sinks fallen out of the drop ceiling along with all the rat feces that was the size of humans and it had hair mixed in. Save your health time and stay away from the building.
