thank you Danielle, I am more interested in to hear about the neighborhood. The building itself seems to be fine but when you drive around, it doesn't look that appealing. I'd like to hear more from the locals in the area.

The neighborhood isnt bad at all in my opinion. The area is changing rapidly. Ive worked in the area for over 10 years before deciding to take a chance and move here. Its close to the park and city. I never had and hopefully will never have any issues for the time that ive been here. For the most part people keep to themselves and theres so many nice new buildings coming along, things will be changing for the better in my opinion.
