Discussion about One Manhattan Square at 252 South Street in Two Bridges
The neighborhood is clearly the biggest issue here...in your opinion, can it change (to the point of becoming livable for the residents of this building)? Will it? If you had the money, would you ever live in the building?

Interesting that the "past sales" list is over 1,000 units, but many of those units appear on the list over 6 times, and they are still not sold. Also, resales tend to be for less than original purchase price. I can think of better investments.
