Discussion about
Good Morning I am trying to search for a rental condo in Manhattan. I see some prices, but it doesnt mention anything about common charges...is the rental price the price we pay? For sales, I would see a common charge, but it shows nothing for rental condo's...thoughts? Thank you

Rental price is all you pay. Common charges and taxes are paid by the owner.

Note that there may also be additional charges for: commissions, credit reports, condo application fees, condo sublet fees, etc. When ready, best to simply ask what other charges are expected to be paid by tenant. Do this of course before putting down any non-refundable fees.

+ move in/out fees (both paid up front, and actual fees you pay, not deposits you get back)
id also advise that condo landlords are more likely to keep chunks of your security deposit
they tend to own fewer (or only one) unit and be more hands-on

Note that the standard form of condo lease includes a clause which states that the tenant shall pay to the landlord any increases in common charges or Real Estate taxes as added rent.
