I once had a Bahrainian airbnb guest in one of the apartments downstairs. Ironically it was a renter who then airbnb'd out the apartment.
Unfortunately this Bahrainian dude came back at 4am one night and rang every doorbell because he forgot his key. He was smashing drunk, wouldn't look into the camera and kicked the front door so hard that it cracked. He passed out before the police arrived.
So while I totally appreciate the benefits as an investor, it can also be disruptive if you live there...

JBull, your story could suggest no AirBnB. It could suggest don't rent to people under X years old . It could suggest limiting immigration, or building the wall (that they will pay for).

Whether the story is non politically correct or not, I legit am concerned. It's probably not good for quality of life for the neighbors if stuff like this can happen. At same time, I totally get it that it's great to have hotel like daily rental rates as an owner. Tragedy of the commons?
