Yes, nice building with lots of underutilized space for the $5-$15 million set. 207 is a redevelopment of Carlton House, a prewar five-story 30+ unit rental building, having its address at 205 West 79th St:

with studio, one, and two bedroom unit rents ranging from $1,900 to $3,700/month. I wonder where all of those displaced renters now live.
