I happily moved out earlier this year. The building is old and needs a lot of attention (water is often brown out of the tap, appliances are all breaking down, elevators are often out). The doormen are nice, but the super will not help you with anything. The location is great for subways, and the neighborhood is improving for bars and restaurants, supermarkets could be better. The rooms large (they are expensive to heat and cool though). There's a ton of construction noise, but it's typically during the day.
