Discussion about Austin Nichols House at 184 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg
Hello Everyone, With 140+ closing completed closings at Austin Nichols House it's time to start building a community! I have "soft launched" a resident website 184Kent.net an unofficial site to post/view upcoming events in amenities spaces, connect with residents, learn the building's rich history, view photos of the building past and present and view all manuals and appliances. This site is in addition to the Facebook 184Kent Neighbors forum (with 70+members). A solid community is starting to form here, in a terrific building I happen to love!! :-). This new resident site just the beginning, with many more updates to come soon. I hope you find it helpful and interesting.

Were the alleged issues ever dealt with?

I would have never made a resident website http://www.184kent.net if I felt this "alleged issue" was true even remotely true. I run a Facebook neighbors group with about 70 members and have met many long time residents and new owners in the building. I am yet to meet ONE PERSON to collaborate that story you reference about alleged vermin. There is NO vermin problem this was made up or staged by a disgruntled individual, many residents agree with me on that too.
My experience in the building has been positive so far. The staff is very responsive building is well run and clean. Westminster Management and Kushner Companies has always been very attentive.
This is really an amazing landmark luxury building complete with a rich history, great amenities and superb views. People will be sorry they missed this one.
Kushner is that you shilling on streeteasy?
Nope http://www.184kent.net/ is an organic effort no affiliation. I just one of the many people who live here and are happy, it’s a great landmark condo on the waterfront in Williamsburg! Location and building provenance can’t be beat great community and amenities too!
