Discussion about 52 Riverside Drive #10BC
I'm baffled as to how every single window in this apartment across all 4 exposures can face a brick wall (and same with #6BC, which is also on the market). Other than that, I like the unit.

All along Riverside Drive, West End Avenue, and Central Park West, it is typical to have the good / large apartments facing the street and the small apartments facing the rear. As far as I know this is a small building with one good apartment per floor (the A line) and two small one bedrooms facing the rear (the B and C lines).

You have to go see the unit in person. Photography angles can sometimes make it look like a building across the street, etc. is much closer than it is. I am actually in contract on a unit where the photos made it look like it is super close to a building that is close to a block away (separated from my unit by a shorter building). Obviously these units won't have views but they may get more light and air than you think.
