The question for this apt is whether there are any buyers out there willing to pay $5 million, or even $4 million, for this place where pretty much every window looks out onto a brick wall. Definitely a good way to go insane. Price going way down.

If the apt faces the back and is not too far from the building at the back, you do have a good point.

They bought it for $4,670,000 4 years ago.

Do you how far from the other building. If it is 45 feet or more, there should be very nice light even on the second floor.

They do show a lot of sun but who knows whether is 1 hours a day or more. I did a google satellite view. The distance does not seem be more than 30 feet but it is hard to tell. I guess the market will tell. The location is very desirable and the apt has high ceilings which is not common to find in that area.
