Millenium Towers/30 West- BPC- Noise- PS276 School

Discussion about
We are thinking of taking an apt here, but are concerned about the noise from the school. I know that F line and A lines face the school. If you keep the windows closed do you still hear it? Does a sound machine or fan help? Thank you

Of course you will hear it on low floors. That is the only reason I can think of why the lower floor F lines are such good value at nearly 1100 per square ft. If you are away all day, what do you care about school hours noise.

My apartment in Bklyn was directly through the block from a smaller private school (my garden backed onto their small outdoor space and gym building. The evening noise was frequent.
