Where can you find records of all work done on a co op apt. over 5 year period.

There are at least two ways that I know of: 1) talk to coop board or super for records 2) search on nyc.gov. You can also research listing history of unit to see descriptions and photos of any work done.

You can look here for all the permits pulled for the entire building, but you'll have to wade through them to find those for a particular apartment:
