Discussion about The Collect Pond House at 366 Broadway in Tribeca

Since the new building is south of 366 Broadway, it will block some light and cast a bigger shadow than the existing buildings, but will improve the street-level view quite a bit (if not the amenities [It was a terrible pizza place anyway]).

Financing was lined up in May 2019 and demolition should start "within weeks", with completion targeted for 2021: https://therealdeal.com/2019/05/24/hap-investments-secures-94m-construction-loan-for-tribeca-condo-project/
