Discussion about 22-30 Steinway Street in Ditmars-Steinway
Typically, the Landlord lives on the 2nd fl but when they rent tbe 2nd fl they must take off the Electric Lines for: 1. The Hallway, The Bsmt, and the Garage. THIS LANDLORD DOESN'T, HE'S A THIEF!!!!!
