They stole 150 dollars from my friends and didn’t approve or deny them in 2 weeks which is against NY law. Don’t trust them

This is in a condo building. In most condo's the board has up to 30 days to approve an applicant once the application has been deemed complete. I don't know if this helps your friends or not...but at least you should let them know this (the broker should have also mentioned this).
