are there any calculators (or google sheets) that can give me the total amount of an apartment I can afford given my current cash position based on % down payment, closing costs, etc. and liquid assets to meet coop purchase regulation (usually 24-36mo of cc)?

Very interesting, here are the two closest calcs that I'm aware of:

https://www.hauseit.com/closing-cost-calculator-for-buyer-nyc/ - actually accurate and relevant for NYC so you can estimate cash outlay at closing

https://www.hauseit.com/rental-property-calculator/

Can you give an example of how much cash etc. you have so we can do a rough estimate?
