NYC DoB Revoking Approvals?

A message popped up on a condo new dev BIS page yesterday: "THE DEPT.OF BUILDINGS INTENDS TO REVOKE THE PERMIT AND APPROVALS ISSUED IN CONNECTION TO APPLICATION DUE TO THE SUSPENSION OF THE MASTER PLUMBERS LICENSE.STOP ALL PLUMBING WORK IMMEDIATELY" The building is about to get its TCO. Does anyone know if DoB would actually revoke its approvals given in connection to the plumbing of that building? The building already received its final sign off for plumbing.
