Discussion about 17 Convent Avenue in West Harlem
How is the construction quality in this building?

I have been watching 17 and 52 Convent Ave rise. I haven't viewed the interior of the building, but I can say the exterior appears to be done better than a lot of the new construction in northern Manhattan. I suggested these buildings to a few buyers I am working with- but none have nibbled yet.
