Discussion about 66 Morton Street
Why would you say this listing needs a complete renovation? It looks exquisite as is.

Missing bathroom and kitchen pictures. No elevator. If this were to be $5mm, one could conceive that the buyer would love as it is but at $13mm, this basically needs every thing.

Ya..I'm sure what you don't see is probably a wreck. Only $2460 / mo in taxes? Can that be possible?

BOT @$17 million, SLD @$15.5 million.
With carry, etc. probably lost in the neighborhood of $3 million.
