I can't believe how greedy this listing is. Who in their right mid would have EVER considered paying 6.9M for this 2bed. That's insane. They've brought it down almost 3 MILLION DOLLARS and it's still a steep ask. Of course it's been on the market over 500 days. Stupid greedy sellers. Trump building have shoddy quality anyway. If you're willing to spend over 2000/sf you could do soooo much better than this and if you're willing to spend 2674/sf for this unit you're an idiot. I can't believe any broker would willingly offer this at almost 7M. Blows my mind.

But it's furnished and reduced for quick sale! And it's in the rarely available G line, tastefully renovated with inspiring views!
22 units currently for sale, almost 10% of the building. Nothing closed here since April while 6 units were pulled from market since then. Rental offerings look comparatively cheap, no?
What's actually astonishing to me is that the seller paid roughly the same price for this unit TEN YEARS AGO. What were they smoking???
Haha ximon and Aaron2. I get too much joy out of the owner's cluelessness while they pay around 70K a year in taxes/common charges while this sits vacant for literally years.
