Discussion about 200 Mercer Street #3F
Dream on, Mr. For Sale by Owner. I wouldn't want to live in this place if you gave it to me. Let's start with all those steps, including in the kitchen. Who designed this place? And the minimal windows which face brick walls/apts feet away. And, of course, the biggie, which is that this ain't no 2 bedroom although I'm quite sure you already know that. You will fool no one. Frankly, you overpaid for this place 6 years ago when you shelled out $2.25. My $ says you won't be getting that back.

Ethan/Pete, It is nice apartment and priced after factoring in everything including layout. These loft apartments are not for every one.

It's pretty nice loft space, typical I would say. Not a fan of the location though. Not sure what's it's worth but see what's being built across the street? Massive NYU mixed use project. Can't be good, right?
