Pets or no pets?

It says pets are allowed, but if you look at the overall specs for the building it says no pets allowed.

If you want a pet, get some witch doctor to claim that it's medically necessary for your well being, and you'll be able to have a pet, regardless of what the ads, bylaws, or organizing docs say. NYC accommodation laws trump building rules, never mind the needs of others who buy into 'no pets' buildings.

And is that floorplan correct? The only way into the MBR without going into the common hall is through the bedroom adjacent to the LR?

Another example of a bad apt. combo. MBR is too big (with no private bathroom as Aaron2 said), and dining/kitchen areas too small. Where was second kitchen? Is it now a WIC?

SE had my building listed as dogs allowed. I sent them an email and they corrected the page very quickly.
