I am saying this despite the fact that the broker UNDERSTATED the square footage (state 9880 vs actual of 2x9880) by 50% as it is actually two buildings together.

It is correct in the verbiage at the bottom but not on top of the listing which is probably automated by propertyidx rather than being a broker input.
