Priced to sell

Reasonable space, and reno quality looks good. Probably a bit dark, as most tenement/townhouse configurations can be (hint: every single light is on in every photo). In terms of the building, one negative is that this unit appears to be one of the 2 big apartments in the building -- significantly so, as everything else is 1BR, so maintenance may be disproportionately large. Also no doorman, and I'd prefer not to live on the 1st floor by the main entry, but that's just me.

Almost every time I have seen apartments like this in buildings like this there have been issues between the shareholder and the rest of the Coop.
