LOL -- why is this priced 300 grand more than others that are the same and sold???

I agree it's overpriced but keep in mind the other B lines that sold were on low floors. 9th floor unit will likely get better light, depending on exposure.

Also could be that they're trying to milk the new roof deck plan as a value-add amenity and also adding a premium for sponsor sale (no board approval).
