Discussion about 70 Riverside Drive #6E
Anyone know anything about this building? Neither the current nor past listings seem to mention anything about the W/D situation (whether in-unit or laundry room in building), and the information in the various listings is all over the place -- some say 70% financing permitted, others 75%, some say pied-a-terres, guarantors and co-purchases are allowed, and others explicitly say those things are forbidden. What's going on here?

Not yet, just trying to figure out what the building is like before I decide whether I'm interested or not.

I believe that W/Ds are not permitted in individual units, but there's a building laundry room. But I'm not the listing broker so don't quote me on that.
