Discussion about 70 East 10th Street #14H
It says on this listing that there is a roof deck but that's not true - that should be corrected. Tenants can't access the roof because the penthouse owners basically control the board and didn't like seeing other people on the roof because it was close to their units. It's pretty gross though because there's space for a roof deck for everyone to use that they could have restricted use hours on. But over a decade ago they put alarms on the access to the roof for any non-penthouse tenant.
