I found on web 2 companies that said to have a good holidays apartments in manhattan at good level, but I would like to have your support to avoid to lose my money and to be sure that this company have a license to rent the apt for a short terms. The 2 companies are : 1st company -- florencenewyorkstay.com -- A 57 St. NY 10022 New York / Direct +1 (917) 727-9951 / florencenewyorkstay@gmail.com 2nd company – manhattanregencyvacationapartmentnyc.com -- / 215 West 90th Street, New York, NY, 10024 / Direct: +1 205-224-8435 / manhattanregencyapartmentsny@gmail.com Somebody knows the above 2 companies and can give me some feedback ? May I check online if they have a license and if their apt are 100% in compliance with local laws/rules abt the short rental services ?’ Whic kind of contract I have to sign to avoid any problem ?
