Discussion about 8 Union Square South #7B
The owners of Apt 7B listed their place for sale in May '18 for $2.85 million, lowered it to $2.75, then $2.695. Today, it was delisted from Streeteasy. Coincidentally, at the exact same time, it was relisted as Apt 7B1 at a price of $2.55 million. Clearly, they're trying to make it seem like this is a fresh listing and I'm assuming most people will realize this. In any case, 8 Union Sq South is a poorly constructed and designed building and 7B needs to fall by a few hundred thousand before it will eventually sell. Good luck!
