Doing some research for an apartment I like in this building-is anyone familiar with this building? Found some interesting info about it from this website as well: https://ratingnology.com/index.html#/detail/e125ec0d-f362-44c1-b30e-6f48798751fa Anyone used it before or any advices? Is it reliable?

David, You may want to start with a list of things you need and whether the apartment (mostly) meets those requierements. After that can compare price and monthlies to other properties which meet your requirements. You will have your decision before you or your lawyer perform due diligence on the financials. A good broker will help you with the first part. The site you mentioned seems pretty useless.
