Also, if this indeed "was part of the Grand Ballroom", it must be the most unfortunate part, or it's a terrible renovation: The ceilings look to have been substantially dropped (for "attic-style storage") , there are minimal windows, and a particularly poor layout. I'd be curious to see what's next door, as the best use may be in combination with an adjacent space.
