very high maintenance for so few amenities.

Seems more than reasonable for a 2000 sq ft unit in a building with FT doorman...

Squid, It is a condo where maintenance could be a little lower at $1.20-$1.35 per sq ft but it is not crazy by any means. So a little high but very likely due to higher % per square foot allocation due to being a PH.
