The owner of this building DEODAT LOWTAN (will tell you his name is Rupert) is the 12th worst landlord in ALL OF NYC (http://landlordwatchlist.com/ scroll down). Do not move into this or any of his properties. He is racist, sexist and homophobic and will make your life a living hell. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM OR WORK WITH ANY BROKERS WHO LIST HIS APARTMENTS
