dog situation out of control, 2018

Discussion about 155W68 at 155 West 68th Street in Lincoln Square
Management simply refuses to do ANYTHING about constant dog barking. Small yappy dogs in every other apartment. Even worse, large dangerous dogs roam the building. I recently saw two huge pit bulls in the hallway, the owner not holding a leash. Once upon a time, this building did not allow dogs. They need to go back to those days. There is simply no need for this many dogs (or any dogs) in the small Dorchester apartments with poor sound insulation.

I think the management and condo board will address safety issue due to unleashed dogs in the common areas if you approach them in writing without mixing it with “no dogs at all” issue. The latter issue is unlikely to be addressed as the majority of the condo owners must have made a decision to allow dogs.
