The apt was never repaired when new tenant moved in .. pluming has been a big issue possibly leaving mold. Work in the apt was done without proper permits and licsences snd that besides the cieling have become safety issues that remained unaddressed by the super of the building . He will just not show up to do proper repairs that have been years old .
