Discussion about 259 Elizabeth Street in Nolita
looks like units in this bulding don't sell easily. Any reason why? Any problems with land/leasing, or...? many thanks for any info
Priced pretty high for a non descript postwar.
I have seen few units here before, odd layouts quirky but location/monthlies/ownership type (condo) are all great qualities. some sell quick some don't. I agree w 300, i don't remember seeing a unit where i thought this was priced right.
It may be a condo, but it "feels" like a cheaply constructed rental.
Indeed. It is basic Manhattan rental finish. No luxury there despite the asking price per sq ft of $1500.
This was built when 30 and I were working at j i sopher. This was considered a very dodgy area, and for many years essentially was a rental.
